💼 Job Role
- Help international customers through chat
- Understand customer problems and provide solutions
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Maintain good customer satisfaction
- No regular voice calling; this is mainly a chat support role
⏰ Work Details
- US rotational shifts, including midnight shifts
- 5 days working + 2 rotational week-offs
- Saturday/Sunday off is not fixed
- WFO or Hybrid depending on business requirements
- Candidates should be within 23 km of the hiring location
