- Handle customer queries through chat support
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
- Process customer requests and maintain documentation
- Maintain data accuracy in backend operations
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers or candidates with 0–5 years experience can apply
- Good written English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Age limit: 18 – 35 years
