💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate online content
- Identify and remove harmful or policy-violating posts
- Provide customer support through live chat
- Handle multiple chats and resolve customer queries
- Escalate complex issues to the Trust & Safety team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
