- Check and process health insurance claims
- Make sure claims are correct and follow company rules
- Maintain speed and accuracy (quality + productivity)
- Help customers (patients, hospitals, clients) with claim-related questions
- Work with team and sometimes coordinate with international teams
- Be ready to learn multiple tasks (cross-training)
