Job Description
As a Trust & Safety New Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content according to client policies and community guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review, classify, and remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels.
- Understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
- Investigate and resolve complex content-related issues and escalate them to the appropriate Trust & Safety team when required.
