Position: SPE (Senior Process Executive) – Order to Cash (OTC)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Master Management
  • Create and update customer records in ERP systems.
  • Ensure customer information is accurate and complete.
  1. Cash Application
  • Apply customer payments against invoices.
  • Identify and resolve unapplied or unidentified payments.
  1. Accounts Receivable & Collections
  • Monitor outstanding invoices.
  • Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
  • Run and analyze Dunning Reports.
  1. Reconciliation
  • Reconcile customer accounts.
  • Investigate payment and billing discrepancies.
  1. Invoice & Billing Support
  • Verify invoice accuracy.
  • Handle billing-related customer queries.
