Role: Trust & Safety Associate / Content Moderator
Key Responsibilities:
- Review user-generated content such as videos, images, profiles, audio, and text.
- Identify and remove content that violates platform policies.
- Investigate user-reported issues and escalate complex cases.
- Follow client guidelines and content moderation policies.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity targets.
- Help keep online platforms safe for users.
Skills Required:
- Good English communication and comprehension.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Emotional resilience and stress-management skills.
Work Environment:
- Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- May involve exposure to sensitive or disturbing content (violent, sexual, graphic, etc.).
