Job Responsibilities
- Handle client billing inquiries and analyze billing data.
- Explain revenue, invested costs and billing details to customers.
- Investigate advertising policy violations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Handle account activation and other administrative tasks.
- Resolve customer queries through phone and email.
- Maintain SLA and provide a good customer experience.
- 85% Voice calls + 15% Email communication.
Eligibility
- Non-technical freshers only.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
