Role & responsibilities
- Call Insurance companies in the US to check the status of medical claims
- Follow up on unpaid, Denied or underpaid claims
- Understand the reason for claims denials and take appropriate action
- Update claim status and notes accurately in the billing software.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduation In any discipline (B.com, B.SC, MBA only 2023,2024,2025 and 2026 are eligible to apply
- Note B, Tech and BE are not eligible
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS office and computer applications
- Fixed Night shifts
- Work from office
